Reunion at JSM 2026 Brings Together Students, Alumni, Former and Current Faculty

The Department of Statistics hosted an Alumni Reunion Event at the recent 2026 Joint Statistical Meetings (JSM) in Boston, Massachusetts.  The event took place on Tuesday, Aug. 4, 2026 during the lunch hour at the Westin Boston Seaport District hotel, adjacent to the JSM venue.

Dr. Yuan Ke has recently accepted a role as Associate Editor for the Theory and Methods section of Journal of the American Statistical Association (JASA).
Dr. Ting Zhang

Dr. Ting Zhang receives NSF Award for Collaborative Research on Changepoint Analysis

Congratulations to Dr. Ting Zhang who was recently awarded a grant from the National Science Foundation to fund the project entitled, Collaborative Research: Change Point Testing and Estimation with Irregular Signals.
