Best Student Awards

Congratulations UGA Capital One Team!

Statistics students Xianyan Chen, Xiaodong Jiang, Jerry Shi, and Yang Song were one of the five finalist teams in teh Capital One Contest. The team members, along with advisor, Jaxk Reeves, were invited to Capital One headquarters from April 20-22, 2016. Sloka Sudhin, a Data Science major, is a recipient of a CURO Research Assistantship for Fall 2023. This award includes a one-semester stipend of $1000 to conduct faculty-mentored research.
